hnfoundation.org is operated by the Hajiya Nafisa Humanitarian Support Foundation, a Nigerian non-profit incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (IT No. 7203956). By using the site you agree to these terms and to Nigerian law as the governing law.

Donations are voluntary gifts to the Foundation's charitable programmes. Where you direct a gift to a programme, we honour that direction; if a programme is fully funded, we may apply the balance where it is needed most and will say so in our reporting.

Every donation receives a numbered receipt. If a donation was made in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we will review refund requests in good faith.

We work to keep programme information, project figures, and impact numbers accurate and current; figures marked as placeholders or pending verification should not be relied on until published in a report.

Site content (text, logo, photography) belongs to the Foundation or is used with consent, and may not be reused commercially without permission.

The site is provided in good faith and “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from interruptions to its availability.
